There's not a lot of research on females with regard to fasting. But what I've seen in my own data is that definitely, you know, during that flick-dural phase, that's when I seem to be able to fast and it doesn't disrupt my sleep orMy markers look good. That would be the time if you're going to do it. And then during the luteal phase, you just want to ensure that, yeah, you probably want to eat within an hour or so waking up.
