Simple Is Not More, It's Just Enough

Simplicity is not less, it is enough. And we've lost the meaning of the word simplicity. The minimous movement has taken over and has replaced simplicity. So that is a jargony term, because simplicity, minimalism, essentialism, they're all very similar. How would you differentiate them through a conversation with some without explicitly saying it?
