The Supreme Court Overturned a Ticket for Public Drinking
The case that we are talking about today has been overturned. But if you're paying attention to the Supreme Court, especially over the last term, these rights are again in danger. This was good law not too long ago. In the second paragraph, the majority opinion describes the plaintiff as a quote unquote, practicing homosexual. That's right. He is not abandoned homosexuality for a job in media like my co-host.
