What's the Residential Rate?
The national lynx trust would be a really good model for a place like george wright. They aren't charging non residence enough out there. It's much more of a taxing and sensive up and down hills. In general, it's really, really offensive. But again, the thing that's beautiful about swope is that nothing's happened to it. You know, you see one 18 plays back. I think they might want to do a little bit more to the golf course totally justify that.
