When Am I Meant to Approach Women?

I've heard a lot of guys say like, when am I supposed to approach women? hashtag IFearWomen was trending yesterday. There have been instances where, you know, in terms of friends, relationships, whatever, I can go too far because I misinterpret consent and just because people seem comfortable with something, you kind of go along with it. So that's kind of what I thought of when I heard I've been confused about consent. It's not as much in the moment, but after the fact in that scenario is pretty scary.
