We Need to Look at Diversity in Our Workforce
i was the only senior er, non white person for maybe 17 years. And i just felt very privileged, very honoured, and then put it out of my head. But then when udane arrived and we caught up for a cup of tea, and we hit it off quite quickly. It's really, if i'm really honest, it's only in the last five years where we've really expanded the pool of non whi editors across all the teams. Er, e, from a senior level er, i still think that er, there's very few of us there.
