Avli Kiteshva and the Shashri

Avli Kiteshva aims to lead all beings to enlightenment through subtle means. He enters a profound level of samadhi and remains there for a very, very long time. But when he emerges from the meditation he sees that he's not made any difference whatsoever. When he realises this he becomes totally dispirited. So what does he do? He calls out to Amitabha who fashions a new body with a thousand arms and turn heads.
