Denon disease is a lysosomal storage disease that's excellent dominant. 81% of patients with Denon disease are males, and line teens are females. Male patients usually present in adolescence, while female patients can present in the third or fourth decade of life. The estimated prevalence of dilated cardiomyopathy is 1 in 250 people.
