How to Drive a Manual Car
Only 3.5% of cars sold in the US in 2018 were manual, according to IHS Market. That is projected to decrease to 2.6% by 2023. Although most states start giving out restricted driver's licenses at 16, some states have very relaxed laws when it comes to driving. In South Dakota, you can legally drive at 14 years old.
