Real estate in the major metropolitanaries. just sky rocketed in the last few years. Is kind of curious if the amount of air being bees out there is contributing as well. One source i found said it was 700 thous and total air b and bs in the us. And you got to imagine most of those are in major metropolitan areas, i would think. I'm not really sure, but maybe a lot of em givein that they have the attractions you kind of mentioned earlier. It takes away the supply and then boosts the real estate around it.
