Fed Employees Shouldn't Testify Absent Subpoena
A person from the Minneapolis Fed actually went to the state government to testify on part of reform for non-compete clauses. Coles: I'm horrified by this, no sitting Fed official has any business testifying absent subpoena. What I don't like here is the quid pro quo that we have come to on central banking.
