The Hall of Maat
Tutankhamun's first chamber is 7.8 meters wide, or 25 feet, and 3.5 meters long,. That may sound large, but once you're in the space itself, well, that hall is cramped. For the excavators, the tiny dimensions were a problem. So many items packed into the space made a powerful sense of clutter. This room was the beginning of Tuntungman's burial halls.

Overlooked for three thousand years, the tomb finally emerged thanks to a persistent excavator and a stroke of good fortune. However, the Tomb of Tutankhamun has built up its own mythology.
