The Distraction of Net Zero by 2050

Net zero is a term to mean carbon neutrality and actually these two things are slightly different so when talk about net zero what's my definition. I look at it as net greenhouse gas emissions globally we are emitting as a society and tooth out by 2050 you know that's the day date everybody talks about. There's a lot of not of net zero 2050 promises being made by people who aren't going to be around in 2050 whether it's that's 30 years away or if someone's in their 60s  and they're at a company and making that promise It's very easy promise to make when it's somebody else who will have to deliver on that promise.
