The Resignation of Boris Boris Yelsena
Boris Berezina resigned as Russian president on New Year's Eve. His wife, naina yelsena, was the first to learn of his shock resignation. She says she hugged him and kissed him saying 'this is happiness' He told russians he changed his mind but will still give a new year address.
