How to Help Someone With Bipolar Disorder

I've had some researchers reach out to me as well as folks you know diagnosed with bipolar who are looking for guidance. I'm in an incredibly difficult situation where number one I can't give advice through my university or else I get kicked out of my department. Number two I just don't really have the capacity to answer 100 people. And, and then also it's it's actually really heavy to be honest.
