I think they're appropriate if somebody has a lot of clogged bumps, because the reality is if people have closed common-ones and whiteheads, skincare products aren't going to remove those. Some estheticians are not confident with extractions. It's like everybody. If you work there, you know who's like the one to go to. And that's what you said at your spa. Who's good? Shelby's great.
