The Conflict of Interest in Raising Money for Medical Research
As a professor in pediatrics, one of my hats was raising money for medical research designed to prevent brain damage in babies. And it was always the human interest story - video of this tiny little baby and how wonderful he or she is. This was genuinely, these were genuine stories. There is something very human about that, isn't there? I mean, it was all true. We weren't telling lies.
