Is There a Difference Between a Flatworm and a Human?

I imagine that if you talk about like a flatworm, would you be able to fuse the brain of a flatworm with the brain ofa human? Because it seems like the structures are sufficiently parallel. And are they limited by the similarity of the brains? I'm not even sure that it's necessarily human. But there's been work, for example, somebody put on drosophila neurons into the brains of human patients. So then you can do experiments on consciousness. Then you can say, wow, now I see what it's like to be a creature that's got two human hemispheres and a third axolotl hemisphere.
