How to Improve Your Hip Stability and Pelvic Stability
I tend to see people at least once or possibly twice or three times as follow-up mostly because it helps them stick with what they're trying to do. He's the motivation up if they come back and see themselves and they not only feel like they've improved but then they see on the video that their hip stability and their their pelvis isn't dropping down to the side. They suddenly get a boost of exactly the same thing happened this morning with that client. Her hip wasn't dropping anymore, so she said oh I'm so glad that all that work I've been doing has paid off. If you tell them they got to come back in it's like sitting in a driving test
