How to Maintain Light and Dark Mode Components in Figma

How do you keep a component in sync when a version of it lives in a light mode versus a dark mode library? If you're going to make a change to one, is that get tricky? And how does that workflow work? I think that was the biggest challenge that we were identifying and thinking about as we made this decision. We know that the maintenance is going to have to happen, but we were also thinking like, well, if both those light and dark theme components are still in one file, you have to maintain them just the same,. except you're doing it in two different files.
