Last year, in september 20 21, interest rates were effectively at zero. How much does that factor into your analysis? Well, it factors in because if you look at a five year growth rate, you're going to naturally discount it by some inflation rate. What we usually do is discount it, and then we'll try to take that present value number and buy below that number. We just don't think you can wrkit make it work right now.
