You Are Only Half the Equation in Any Coaching Situation

You are only half the equation in any coaching situation. So what that means is I've learned how to teach it in a way that whatever the client says back, right? You can't possibly sound like another me because this client is going to bring the other half of the information and you're just going to be you riffing off of it. But if that's all you want to take, if you're like, this is so good and simple, I want to take this and run with it. You can have an amazing fucking coaching career with that.
