How to Structure a Multidisciplinary Team
A lot of people ask me about structure. And I'm curious both at the team level, but also at the executive level. When you have these different components, are they overseen by one person to bring the whole experience together? Do you have multiple stakeholders? How do you typically set that up? Yeah, that's a great question. Different companies do that differently. What's really important is to make sure either way, as Amazon also famously talk about, that you don't want your internal structure show up on the external experience.
