The Clippers have home court advantage and the best player in the Western Conference. The Kings are terrible defensively too, but they'll get a game seven at their place if it gets to that point. There's not a team you can name that I feel great about saying that's a team that will represent the West. Anyone outside of three teams in the East would be surprising.
