Wayne Chapman and the Little Boys
Two weeks after Andy disappeared Wayne W Chapman was driving in upstate New York and he had a tail light out I think it was. The police pulled him over with the for the traffic violation and noticed on his dashboard in plain sight polaroid pictures of boys who were naked. Lawrence Police Department got images of him and share them with two little boys who had been raped the year before along with other images. He ultimately was convicted of those charges but he had also raped several children in Rhode Island he was a suspect for several missing children across New England.
