SAP Account Based Marketing - How Did It Start?
Many of our listeners will know you as heading up and spearheading a lot of SAP's ABM initiative. Is that where it started for you or are you already engaged in forms of account-based marketing at Deloitte or Hackett Group? That was where my direct involvement started was with that SAP role. But before that when I was at Deloite there was a very influential book that I know you'll remember the Pepper and Rogers one-to-one marketing book.
