How to Patent a Supplement

NutriTech is the first biotech of food, they call us a NutriTech. We do my trials and then we do human trials before we put any claim in the market. How do you protect against somebody just like doing the same thing? That's kind of the big issue in nutrition where you couldn't say you do a clinical trial on a supplement and it doesn't stop someone else from creating the same supplement. You don't have patents and supplements because there's very rare innovation and supplements. I don't know if you can mention supplements with, with patents.
