The Art of the Shoes, Isn't It?

i think, actually, honesty is interesting. You could think of a norm as, like, one way to assess a norm is like, how robust is it to violation s? Right? Some norms, if you start violating them, it really starts to feel like that's actually not the norm any more. And honesty seems to me to be an area where people violate the norm all the time, like every day, and everybody knows that. But yet it's profound value to us that e hold on to the norm in the face it's extremely robust. So i can see a place for making a distinction between what we are doing with our actions and whether they're honest or not.
