Fine tuning is a service that open AI offers that lets you present explicitly tact positive and negative examples or training examples. This is called prompt engineering and it doesn't actually alter the networks connection weights in any way. In other words, the back end remains unchanged. You're just feeding it different parameters with which to interact with that engine. Exactly.
