I think from the girls who invest perspective, the program started five years ago. When you introduce that investing is a potential career path early on, then you have more time to figure it out. There's a whole alumni community now of 500 plus young women starting their careers. I still do a ton of mentorship with young women that are going through the program now that have gone through it. And actually two friends and mentees that I worked with this summer, all it took was keeping my ears to the ground about opportunities.
