Beware of Large Ranges

Beware of the following phrases that you can commonly hear. These are red flags. I'm definitely going to do dot, dot, dot,. This is a dead give way of somebody over promising you something. If someone says i'm looking out for you, what they really mean is they're looking out for themselves. Don't believe them when they say just trust me on this. They can't be trusted. You don't need to amp it up with these sorts of words if you're gong to show up at all.
