About 25 to 30 percent of people with meniars disease may eventually involve both ears But it's almost unheard of for them to be involved simultaneously. It's sequential one a year goes and then Five 10 20 years later the other year may act up Very very rare to see both ears active in the same time frame And if I can it's so rare that you would want to look for some other weird problem like autoimmunity or some other rare thing.
