This is not as common as vestibular migraine and so we should really take that history. About 25 to 30 percent of people with meniars disease may eventually involve both ears But it's almost unheard of for them to be involved simultaneously. It's sequential one a year goes and then Five 10 20 years later the other year may act up Very very rare to see both ears active in the same time frame And if I can it's so rare that you would want to look for some other weird problem like autoimmunity or some other rare thing.
