Survey of LGBTQ employees show 79% would consider leaving their current job for one that offers better fertility and family building benefits. Tech companies have been among the first to offer these types of benefits, but progeny said it now has clients in 40 different industries. The average cost of surrogacy has gone from $75,000 five years ago to anywhere between $150,000 and $250,000.
