At the time, of course, the web didn't exist, Wikipedia didn't exist. And so if you want some fragment of knowledge, where would you find it? Well, you would find it in an encyclopedia. That was a thing that people needed to be sold on the idea that it was useful to have an encyclopedia. But for years afterwards, I kind of ignored the encyclopedia.
