The Convection Heater

First idea was to make it completely fanless. The problem was that even at 1.3 or so kilowatts of power, it's just so much energy that you need to move from the chips to the atmosphere and without a fan it's hard to do. So then we ended up with the design that we've got now. Went through, I don't know how many tens, not 100 iterations of different shapes, forms, sizes,. ways to dissipate that heat. And yeah, now I actually have a couple working at home. You probably don't hear any noise. No, don't hear me talking four meters away from me. That's incredible.
