When your organization is experiencing exponential growth how do you choose which functions to outsource versus build. Instagram for example famously had I think about it doesn't employees when they're required by Facebook and so they actually kept the team really lean because at the time they hadn't quite gone into the phase of monetizing the product building out adsBuilding out a bunch of other stuff was their objective.
