Roxanne Jones: I hear you say we have on the one hand a chain like Ethereum and it has specific requirements or goals. She says that these are to be a very neutral, very kind of censorship business base layer. On the other end, there's cosmos chains or F chains where one application is basically its own chain with their own validators but they're not too shy to say our governance can decide whatever we want,. We have no problem slashing someone socially which would not happen inthereum today, right?Jones: Do you think this is a potential end game for rollups as well?
