In september two thousand 18 you wrote a column titled, the supreme court is headed back to the nineteenth century. And then in september 20 21, you took on the court again in a piece titled the lie about the supreme court everyone tends to believe. So at a time when so many journalists are focused on the other branches of government, why or how have you stayed trained on the court? I guess part of it isn't an instinct, i just because it's what i did before. But i also think that the court's jurisprudence has been under appreciated in terms of how it has guided democratic backsliding in america.
