The Importance of Geospatial Scale in Algorithms
How important is geographic scale when you are running these algorithms? I think it's critical to be able to look at it at multiple scales. So perhaps an event or process, a geospatial process, right, that's happening at a very large times scale,. It looks very different at a microscopic, so to speak, scale. And we should take advantage of these conceptual tools to understand scale for geospatial data.
