I would certainly say our thinking creates our emotional reality. When we get into relationship conflicts, we'll find out that our thinking and expectations, we create our interpersonal reality. We also create that whether people are loving us or belittling us or treating us well or negatively. And we're also unaware of that. That'll be for a future and hopefully very exciting and challenging podcast.
