The Importance of Clean Socks on Your Foot
"I was trying to be smart about having a dirty sock on my foot and not only that, I had trail runners," he said. "So sand is pouring in pretty easily." He hiked another seven miles within two hours of burning his foot. But the bright side: Only 27 more miles to go.
