The interest rates can range anywhere for experienced borrowers or people with good credit as low as 6% as high as 12%. We charge anywhere between one to two points. On a lot of those loans, we lend 100% of your rehab budget. Down payment's going to be anywhere between 15 to 10% on a fix and flip, and then a minimum of 20% on a buy and hold.
