Women in Economics - Mentoring Programs

The American Economic Association's Committee on the Status of Women in the Economics profession has its goal making sure that women can succeed in economics. The committee does a number of things, including gathering and publishing data to track representation over time. Another thing it does is mentoring; they have been studied in a randomized controlled trial to show that they have an impact on women's careers in economics.
