The Problem With Data Brokering in America

There are hundreds and hundreds of data brokers who vacuum up all of the information that they can off the internet. ICE has basically managed to obtain through contracts information that they could not legally obtain through a warrant, right? You cannot get a warrant for mass monitoring. That's like a fundamental part of how the Fourth Amendment and the US Constitution works is that it has to be individualized.
