Are You Good or Bad at Conflict?

Letter writer: Do you think people, there are people who are good at conflict like the letter writer supposes? I don't know if anybody is like perfect at conflict. You can be a really direct person and still be really bad at conflict, right? And like make things worse all the time by being as direct as you are. It's more about how are we moving through disagreements in a way that feels like it's helpful for us or where we get some of our needs met.
