Is Your House Worth Keeping?

i get that emotional surge when i see something from my past. It's almost like, if we get rid of it, we'll never get that memory back. One of the things that i think is really important for people who aren't able to access those memories, is to honestly just keep a journal. If you were actively declattering your house, and you get a memory from something, and you designate that this is not an item worth keeping. I'm going to declare it because by having it in my house, it's more stuff to manage, and it's damaging to me in the long term.
