You can't sue a vaccine maker because they have special protection. But what if they tell you they're making a vaccine and it doesn't stop any transmission and they probably knew it Is that a vaccine? Mmm, I'd say no so therefore I'd say If it's not a vaccine then you can sue them. You can sue them twice once for saying it's a vaccine when it's not and once because if somebody got harmed and they didn't have full information. So I think Thomas Massey has a real good argument that I would love to see taken to the Supreme CourtIf if you're colluding with someone who changed the definition of a vaccine so you stay legal is that
