The Beauty in Working With People Who Are Very Different From You

Each woman mentor in the programme has two mentis, two students to ch throughout the three months. The idea of that is the same as diversity. We have to work with people who are different from us. And how is it that we can flex o communication muscles, our listening muscles, our empathy? It doesn't always have to be white and male. If if you plike re it doesn't have to be the loudest voice in the room, because sometimes the quiet voices have something to say too. I was not inspired to write a book.
