The Trustworthiness of the Bible
Michael Hall: I take quite a pragmatic view that the Bible is the book God wanted us to have. He says it's important to live within the narrative and see what it does. The Reformation confronted many Christian traditions, he says; there was something more to learn here. So much of American fundamentalism narrows down questions rather than opening them up for discussion.
