The Battle of Hastings

The normans would bring a three separate groups as part of their army. The first group were the archers at hastings, who had self bows which are the least powerful. Second group that they had were all these malae infantry. Third line was going to be the exclamation point that won the battle. But what ended up happening was the anglo saxons throwing stones at the normans.
